Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to feel confident in your street style; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
